So, first, Danii sorry this took us a little while, the dust is just settling from moving in! Danii is absolutely amazing; the first time we met her she had just thrown her back out and was still willing to show us a house! She is the definition of hard working and is 100% invested in her clients! She will ALWAYS answer her phone when you call her no matter if its 11 oclock at night and you text her a question that is absurd and crazy she will still answer you no matter the question. She is realistic and manages expectations superbly; I wont lie, I was super anxious about the entire process at first, but Danii really helped explain everything in the most logical and sensible way which really took alot of the stress out of buying! Not only is she responsive and profession, her taste in wine, also amazing. She does not play around when it comes to negotiating either, she is going to fight for you every step of the way to get you and the seller (or vice versa) the fairest agreement possible. Through every step of the process when ever someone involved in the purchase would find out Danii was our realtor they would all respond the same either " oh yea! Danii is fantastic, shes going to take care of you" or "Ive known Danii for ever! shes awesome!" We tell everyone we know who is on the hunt for a house to call Danii!
