I currently live in Clorado and Danii helped me sell my house in El Paso, Texas. First, she is extremely knowledgeable. I had many questions and there were only a few that she could not answer right away, and of those few, they were all answered very fast. All of her recommendations were well thought out and only servered to get my property sold as quickly and efficiently as possible. Next, Danii is very professional. She is friendly and engaging, but more importantly, she is very patient and direct. I had many questions and she answered all of them, never getting impatient, even though I know not all of my questions were relevant. Also, when I would make suggestions, if they were a good idea she would say so. If they were a bad idea, she would say that as well, but would take the time to explain why they were not the best option. Overall, Danii was amazing and I would use her services again if needed. I would also recommend her every time.

Omg. I was planning it would take 2-3 months to sell my home… then on our first meeting was told it would be closer to 2-3 weeks… then on the first day of being on the market.
