Working with Danielle was a delight! Her knowledge of the market was demonstrated in that our house sold very quickly (8 days?) at about $5,000 above list price. She explained every step of the sales process carefully and was receptive to questions. Most importantly, she responded to every call or text quite promptly. I give her the highest rating in every area: professionalism, knowledge of the market, and communication.
Danielle is fantastic to work with! We purchased and now sold our first home with her by our side and both transactions went smoothly. As first time purchasers she was patient with us while we found the home we loved and was helpful and knowledgeable at each step along the way. Being first time home sellers, we knew nothing about the process and she explained everything thoroughly and was always willing to answer any questions. Our home was under contract in a matter of days, and the entire closing process was smooth. We have loved working with Danielle and feel so blessed she was our realtor!
Daniel sold my in-laws house for my family. We were working with her out of state. She kept on top of everything for us.
