Danielle is not the norm in the real estate business she is the exception. She has went above and beyond in the numerous deals she has handled for my investment partner and I. Her attention to detail from staging the home and making it look magnificent, to educating us on the current market, which comps are being used and why, the listing price of the home, her understanding the real estate contract inside and out, negotiation skills and always being there to take our calls separates her from the rest.
