What is there not to say about Danielle. She knocked it out of the park on my most recent house purchase. I’m not from the Albuquerque area and had allotted myself 2 weeks to find and buy a house. Day one of the visit Danielle provided me with a packet of 15 houses that were selected and off we went. She explained everything as we were going one and was always very helpful. It took two big pushes to get to the right house but we found it and she took care of business. I cannot wait to take possession of my new awesome home thanks to Danielle.

Danielle helped us find and purchase a home in the crazy 2022 housing market. Her communication was always prompt, and she was always happy to look at houses with us. We looked at so many houses, and we benefitted from her expertise when screening homes for issues or visualizing how we could use space. She was savvy and creative in helping us put together offers, and her communication with listing agents was fantastic. When we were outbid or lost to cash-offers, she was encouraging and tenacious. We ended up finding a great home at a great price much faster than I thought we would. Danielle's recommendations for a mortgage broker and inspector were spot-on and allowed us to complete closing very quickly. It has been a pleasure to work with Danielle.

Danielle listened to what I wanted as well as what I needed. She went out of her way to find me the perfect home during an extremely difficult market situation. She encouraged me when I was ready to give up. She seems to have an unlimited source of energy and positivity. She works hard, is honest and is very knowledgeable. Hopefully I won't need her again, but I won't use any other realtor from now on.

Danielle went above and beyond to find us our house. Even with the market boomin’ she was still able to find us a beautiful home within our budget. She also put us in touch with an amazing mortgage broker that also went above and beyond. We cannot recommend them enough. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking into buying a home
