Recommending Danielle to my family
We were more than pleased to have Danielle as our agent. We called her not our agent, but our angel. She answered all our questions in a professional manner, explaining in details what we had to do to obtain our dream house. Danielle is very knowledgeable about New Mexico real-estate market and very organized while working with us. She communicated easily and made herself available any time we needed to solve difficult obstacles we encountered in the way to finalize our home purchase process. We felt very comfortable working with her and admired her energy, her kindness, and her positive attitude. Without hesitation we will recommend Danielle to all our friends and potential buyers.
Danielle was thoughtful, respectful, and patient with our seemingly endless quest to find our new home in Albuquerque. She made sure, on our behalf, that the homes we were touring didn’t have hidden issues or problems. Danielle also widened our focus to areas and communities around Albuquerque that were more suitable to our lifestyle and fining us our perfect home. Once we got into escrow, Danielle was diligent in making sure all inspections were in place, communicated with the seller’s agent, and kept us informed on a daily basis. It was the most seamless and straightforward home purchase one could hope to have.
Danielle is amazing! She is so attentive and in constant communication with you. She always responded right away and did absolutely everything in her power to get this done and make sure she saved you as much money as possible. I will never buy or sell another house without her by my side! This woman is a god send! She has amazing connections and professional relationships with so many people that will also be on your side! Buying a house is stressful but with Danielle by your side your stress will melt away!
I have gone through the buying process with Danielle a few times now and every time she goes ABOVE & BEYOND. In my past I have had agents that were too busy or couldn't make the time. Not Danielle, she always made sure to answer my phone calls or would text to let me know she would follow up. Any questions I had she always had an answer for or would find out and would get back to me as soon as possible. My 1st purchase was a home, this purchase was only land but she is very knowledgeable with all. I would highly recommend her to anyone and will continue to have her as my agent.
Danielle is a professional realtor who is easy to work with. She is very knowledgeable and pays attention to what you are wanting and looking for. I would highly recommend Danielle to family and friends.
Danielle is amazing. She went out to the middle of nowhere and sent me videos of the two properties we inherited and have never visited. Her negotiations with the buyer agent went smooth, her timeline was very helpful. I really enjoy working with her and highly recommend her as a listing and buyer agent!
The process of selling a deceased relative’s home was overwhelming at first, but Danielle made everything happen fast. We couldn’t be more pleased with her service to our family. Great job. Great Experience.
Danielle was super! She was with me every step of the way, even while she was on vacation. She went above and beyond in helping me get my home sold and I definitely recommend her personal services to anyone needing an agent.
As first time home buyers, Danielle made buying a home such a breeze. She was personal and professional! She never made us feel uncomfortable and helped us every step of the way. We highly recommend Danielle for an excellent home buying experience.
