Danielle helped us buy and sell a house in an 3 year time span. The buying process: she helped us out across the country and made virtual tours cool before covid. She doesn't work the typical hours of 9 to 5. We were getting off work at her time 8 pm. She was our eyes on this side of the country. She helps us navigate what was the beginning of a tough market. The selling process: Danielle walked us through the selling and gave great advice but let us make our own decisions on the given advice. She never seemed pushy. She gave advice on how to navigate "strong offers". She at one point had to professionally fight for us, hopefully anyone would stand up for their clients but we know that will definitely go the extra mile. As much as I hate to say I'm one of those people, I would communicate with her after the kids ate dinner when I had a question and even if I told her to wait until a decent time to answer. She normally would respond the same night. Danielle will work for you! She is fully committed to her clients and I have not had any complaints about the 3rd party people She works with such as lenders or title company. We loved Danielle before she was was slightly famous but now she's on TV.
