She was a great advocate when it came time to put in an offer and was able to negotiate a great deal with the seller. Took care of so many of the scheduling hurdles to getting the house inspected, negotiating repairs, etc. I love that she's no-nonsense, no BS, took time to get to understand what I wanted and needed in a home and provided frank advice on whether a place seemed to fit and what the pitfalls might be. It helps that we got very lucky and I ended up putting in an offer on the very first house we looked at, and the whole approval and signing process was about as smooth as it's possible to be. We had a unique situation, we are military and were stationed in Japan when we first contacted Danielle. Throughout the whole process she was very patient as we switched from wanting to rent, to wanting to buy, to wanting to rent, to wanting to buy again. She went and looked at many locations for us and made made walkthrough videos for us from each location.
