We were able to discuss my family’s needs and wants, and she narrowed down the search until we found what we wanted. She made the home buying process simple and stood up for my needs as a buyer. During the closing process she checked in with me often to ensure we were all on the same page. Even after closing we stayed in communication to make sure all was right with the property. I’d recommend her again and again!

To say buying the house was an easy experience would be a lie (Not my agent's fault). We looked at several houses and Danielle would never try and convince you to buy a house if it wasn't what you were looking for. She was always available when you needed her for questions about the house.

She was a great advocate when it came time to put in an offer and was able to negotiate a great deal with the seller. Took care of so many of the scheduling hurdles to getting the house inspected, negotiating repairs, etc. I love that she's no-nonsense, no BS, took time to get to understand what I wanted and needed in a home and provided frank advice on whether a place seemed to fit and what the pitfalls might be. It helps that we got very lucky and I ended up putting in an offer on the very first house we looked at, and the whole approval and signing process was about as smooth as it's possible to be. I'd recommend Danielle to anyone looking for a house of any age and expense, your house-hunting experience will be better for it.
