Danielle was great about breaking down everything I needed to know about the sometimes arduous process searching for and buying a home. She was a great advocate when it came time to put in an offer and was able to negotiate a great deal with the seller. Took care of so many of the scheduling hurdles to getting the house inspected, negotiating repairs, etc. I love that she's no-nonsense, no BS, took time to get to understand what I wanted and needed in a home and provided frank advice on whether a place seemed to fit and what the pitfalls might be. It helps that we got very lucky and I ended up putting in an offer on the very first house we looked at, and the whole approval and signing process was about as smooth as it's possible to be. I'd recommend Danielle to anyone looking for a house of any age and expense, your house-hunting experience will be better for it.
