She is extremely knowledgable about the Bay Ridge market and provided helpful suggestions on sale price and what renovations we should make prior to selling. She was very communicative and professional throughout the whole process, and made sure the sale went as quickly and smoothly as possible. Danielle successfully managed the sale of my mother's house in Bay Ridge. She and her father live in the area and have their fingers on the pulse of the housing market.
