Would not use or recommend any real estate agent other than Danielle. She works weekends, late nights, and responds to texts/calls within minutes. When selling my condo she did comps around the area and knew that if I did a few upgrades to the kitchen/bathrooms, it would be a multiple return in my pocket at the sale. She designed the layout and coordinated all of the contractors to sand, paint, and install new granite. She personally went out of her way to buy new hardware and sinks for them to install. The condo sold in record time and for more than I was anticipating. She does way more than is asked of a real estate agent, and in this crazy market, definitely someone you want on your side. She also helped me buy a new home and in this market, you have to be extremely quick in order to see/bid/and win the offer on a house. Her knowledge of how to structure offers and negotiate is what got our offer accepted. She is very persistent and does whatever it takes to give you the best shot at getting the house.

I do not like writing reviews nor recommendations for fear that it may not lead up to the reader’s expectations not to mention that it takes careful thought and time. What few recommendations I do commit to is because I truly believe in them. Danielle has helped us buy a home as well as sell a home. She embodies everything we wanted in a real estate agent; experienced, market-suavely, great communicator, and possesses integrity. She delivers on all commitments she makes. Danielle does what she says and when she says! And, for me as a buyer/seller timeliness is key. Danielle was successful in helping us buy a home both within the timeframe and at a great price. This was all possible because she took the time to talk with us to get to know what we were really looking for and understood our budget. Likewise, she was successful in selling our home during off-season (November) within 48 hours and above our asking price. Again, evidence of her experience and market-sauvely. As a mother of two young people, I would definitely refer first-time buyers to Danielle as well as seasoned homeowners. I have referred Danielle to friends who likewise have bought/sold homes with her with success as well. Making preparations for buying/selling a home is all consuming. With Danielle I could focus on what I had to do either preparing to move out of our home as well as preparing a home to be sold; while Danielle took care of keeping the pulse of the market and discussing our best options with us. My only disappointment is that Danielle would not move across the country and help us find a new home!
