Danielle is extremely knowledgeable and connected to the community in which she serves. We used Danielle last summer to buy a house and sell our townhouse but we needed to get a contingent offer to sell our townhouse accepted in an exceedingly competitive market when it was unheard of to actually have a contingent offer accepted. However, because she has amazing communication skills and reached out to the seller's agent we were able to get our offer accepted. Then we had to turn around and sell our townhome. Danielle gave me tips and advice on how best to stage my home and it sold in a weekend thirty thousand over asking price. She was also able to get us a home inspection for our new home (not something that anyone was allowing in the hot West Springfield market). Once we had the inspection she knew a person for anything and everything such as a mortgage lender, cleaning services, HVAC, etc. I still reach out to Danielle when I need names of people for maintenance on my home. Without Danielle we would not have been successful in purchasing our house. I seriously cannot recommend her enough. After she assisted us in the process we recommended her to a family friend who also used her to sell their home over asking price. I seriously cannot recommend her enough.
