Over my career have relocated to several different states (twice in Florida). Each time a realtor was involved in the home sale / buy processes. Danielle is by far the best realtor we have ever used to help us sell our home, as well as, purchase a home. Very knowledgeable, knows the market and proactively provides insights and recommendations. Also, she is very personable and is not afraid to provide valuable feedback on each property (even if not 100% positive). Lastly, she is in constant communication with you during the purchase / sale process to ensure everything is moving forward, finding out information not listed on the property MLS, resolving issues, finding homes to view, etc.. We really enjoyed working with her and are very satisfied with the property she helped us to purchase.

Our home buying process with Danielle was stellar! We were referred to her through a family friend. She took care in helping us look at several homes before finding the one right for us! Once we did find our home she was very kind in sharing her knowledge on the process of getting to closing. Things such as what inspections we needed and should want, what items in the house needed correcting and why, how old things were and when they'd need replacing, and who was trust worthy to do inspections and fixes. She was also great at suggesting (and incredibly knowledgeable with) fair offers and other things worth asking for from the seller. Mine and my husband's favorite thing about Danielle is that she wasn't pushy. Which to us, means that she sees people, not a paycheck. We looked at several homes and she went out of her way to show them to us and give options that would fit our needs, wants, and budget. She also called to check and see how we were settled afterwards. If and when we are ready to sell and start buying again we definitely plan to use her and recommend her whole heartedly.

Danielle was always willing to do what was necessary to find that dream home for us and was so patient during that process. When we found that house she was instrumental in making the offer and contract easy to understand and always ready to answer questions no matter how frivolous. We were well informed during that time up to the closing. When we needed to sell our home she guided us with staging tips and open houses for interested buyers. She was constantly working hard for us. She kept us informed on what buyer's feedback was after viewings and ideas to improve on any negatives. She was so easy to work with and made us feel special. When we received the offer and accepted it she was there through every step to the closing. The time we spent with Danielle Buurma from start to finish was special enough to call her a good friend.
