Danielle is by far the best realtor we have ever used to help us sell our home, as well as, purchase a home. Very knowledgeable, knows the market and proactively provides insights and recommendations. Also, she is very personable and is not afraid to provide valuable feedback on each property (even if not 100% positive). Lastly, she is in constant communication with you during the purchase / sale process to ensure everything is moving forward, finding out information not listed on the property MLS, resolving issues, finding homes to view, etc.. Our home buying process with Danielle was stellar! We were referred to her through a family friend. She took care in helping us look at several homes before finding the one right for us! Once we did find our home she was very kind in sharing her knowledge on the process of getting to closing. Things such as what inspections we needed and should want, what items in the house needed correcting and why, how old things were and when they'd need replacing, and who was trust worthy to do inspections and fixes. She was also great at suggesting (and incredibly knowledgeable with) fair offers and other things worth asking for from the seller. Mine and my husband's favorite thing about Danielle is that she wasn't pushy. Which to us, means that she sees people, not a paycheck.
