This was not an easy sell due to paperwork issues and the condition of the property; however she stayed the course and got the sell. Danielle’s an awesome realtor. She helped me so much throughout the process of selling my home. In taking pictures of the house to list, she had a perfect eye to take the best angles to showcase the house. She is very professional and did her homework checking out the sale price of other houses in the area and trying to find houses comparable to mine. She did follow up calls with me to see how I was doing getting my stuff out of the house. Danielle has a great eye for staging the house/rooms to look very inviting. Bring in the pandemic, Danielle was very conscious about that and she was ready with sanitizer and gloves for prospective purchasers and we discussed and she only allowed bank pre-approved prospective purchasers to make appoints to view the house. As offers came in, we discussed them and she let me make the final decision and when I countered up on an offer she explained to the other realtor as to why I did it and they accepted the new offer and we finalized the contract. After that, Danielle met with me and I gave her the search, survey, tax receipts and deed and she delivered to my attorney and she followed up with the attorney a few times and kept me updated as to what was going on and as to the closing date. Danielle did an awesome job helping me sell my house and answering questions/texts quickly. Whenever I need a realtor again, I am definitely going to call Danielle to represent me and I will definitely recommend Danielle to any of my friends who might need a realtor in the future! Danielle Buchbinder was a wonderful agent and a consummate professional when she helped us sell our home in Depew in the fall of 2019. She helped us with knowing what to pack, which furniture to remove, and how to stage the home. She helped us locate a painter to spruce up the home. She even brought in her own stuff to help with staging certain rooms. Danielle kept on top of the market in our area to help us price the house competitively.

Danielle did a very detailed study to suggest selling price and offered some excellent ideas on what was needed to make the home most desirable in showings. She assisted with furniture rearrangement and elimination of excess furniture that made our home look more attractive than it had been for years of living in it. Finally she was tremendously helpful in evaluation of the offers received looking at all details, not just price ... and she was very helpful in communications with the buyers agent.
