She made the entire house buying process easy, and was willing to talk things over, answer any questions, and be a sounding board for any and all things that came up when buying our house. Danielle's initial survey of the house and quick market survey was great. From there her recommended listing price was right on because we immediately got two competitive over list offers prior to a planned open house. She reviewed the strength of the offers for us and recommended how to best proceed. Danielle kept checking on progress and informing us through to closing. It was all a comfortable process. And we always felt she was working for our best interest and not transferring to the buyers bargains interest to closing the deal. She is excellent at strategies.

While working with Danielle she was kind, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. I truly don’t think we could have had the outcome we did as first-time homebuyers without her! From the moment we met her, we could see the passion she has for her job. She was very responsive when it came to questions, and all around just a fantastic person. Seeing as we did not know much about the home buying process, she helped us every step of the way and made the stressful process of purchasing a home smooth and efficient! From the very beginning of our interaction with Danielle she was wonderful. We were unable to view the houses ourselves , due to distance so she went and viewed them for us and advised us on good and not so great issues with each house.When we found a house we liked , she did her job quickly and guided us well as there were many other offers made on this property .
