I have known Danielle as a real estate agent for about 10 years, since she started out in the business. At first, she handled my rental property at 161 Narragansett Blvd, Portsmouth RI. She always did a superb job checking out the potential suitability for the rental, as I was an out of state owner located in South Florida, over 1000 miles away from RI. She examined carefully the potential renters' financial capability, checked into their background as a previous tenant, if that were the case, and after the tenants moved in often updated me on various issues which arose in the house. As her rental sales grew she formed a group and had one Suzi Smith, also of Keller Williams, handle the rentals. Suzi was also terrific. Again following the most professional aspects of Daniele. In addition Suzi has a terrific personally and is always willing to help. Last year in late 2021 I decided to put my house up f sale and Danielle was my "sellers" agent. She did a very careful examination of comparables. My RI house is located in an area of very wide house values, being on the water (Sakonnet River) in the Common Fence Point section of Portsmouth RI. We estimated the very high values and very low values and finally fixed on the right price. Her showings and house tours were perfectly set. Her negotiation with the eventual buyer (and agent) was professional and detailed with information about the house. I strongly recommend Danielle and her team for sales and rentals. Even though I work for a mortgage loan company, I was nervous about navigating the real estate and negotiation side of things. Danielle helped me throughout the process and made sure that I understood what I was getting into. Whether it's extending communication to the HOA and seller/seller's agent, or informing me of the best inspection companies to use, having Danielle in my corner was the best decision that I could have made.

Danielle was absolutely fantastic to work with, and have been / will continue to recommend her to potential buyers. She impressed me right away with her observations on the first property we looked at, by identifying many little details that I wouldn’t have notice (wiring / plumbing / structural / aesthetics), and was able to point out things on every property we looked at after. She is very personable and friendly which made showings and paperwork feel very relaxed and enjoyable. She took care of action items immediately and was able to help me navigate what I needed to do as well. Most importantly, she was able to keep my girlfriend from panicking and freaking out over the home buying experience which made my life a lot easier. Danielle is highly professional, knowledgeable, and personable in regards to real estate transactions. Throughout the process she was very responsive to all our needs and questions.
