Daniela managed the sale of our property at 6525,Berkshire Place.University Park.Throughout the process her approach was totally professional-she kept us appraised of what was going on in the market with comparable sales in University Park and conducted frequent open houses,and yet maintained a friendly and smiling demeanour which put us at ease. Our situation was more complex than most.Because of the Covid19 Pandemic we had to return to the UK at very short notice in March,and were unable to return for the closing and handover.All our personal belongings,furniture and fittings,kitchen utensils,etc. were in the house.We decided that the easiest way to deal with the situation was to give the entire contents of our house,including personal effects,to charity.Daniela stepped up and managed it all,and we really appreciate all she did for us.It is fair to say that had it not been for Daniela,we would not have had the smooth transition that we experienced.
