Daniela and Richelle are AWESOME - I've never before had the privilege of working with such a hard working, caring, and GENUINE team. Working with Daniela and Richelle was an absolute pleasure; they remained extremely accommodating to my schedule and always found time to help and show properties. When we found "the one", Daniela negotiated some serious concessions from the selling party that saved me a lot of money on closing, fees, etc. and was able to secure financing to get us to close in less than 30 days!!! I've closed on houses a total of seven times in my life, and this one by far has been the easiest and smoothest process I've EVER been part of! I've owned the house for a total of 3 days and I've already passed her cards out to people I know and work with! If you're looking for a house or condo or apartment to purchase, I strongly recommend Team Daniela - I refuse to work with another Realtor now!
Daniella and Richelle are by far the best reailtors I have ever worked with. They are a phenomenal team! Responsive, communicative, and in front of the issues. I have purchased a few homes in Las Vegas and was hesitant to use my old realitor, "glad I didn't ". I was fortunate enough to stumble upon this team through a zillow request. I was untrusting at first "my mistake" thinking it was just another ploy for money. Daniellia worked hard to set up search presenters that I required for my new home. Via group text, email and phone calls we where able to find severl homes i was lookig for. I am so grateful for finding this team. The service and professionalism they provided are second to none! I can't say enough about Daniela and Richelle! Their response time ridiculously fast and they are always so helpful and friendly. They will never pressure you to do something you are not 100% comfortable with and are truly looking out for your best interest. There are a lot of half way realtors in Las Vegas that just talk to talk, I'm glad they're not. I highly recommend them and have referred them to anyone I know buying or selling a home.

They helped us found and bought a great house in Henderson, NV. My wife and I had very different requirements during the process, but they helped us navigate and sort through our differences.
