The Mejia Team was amazing. After making multiple rejected/outbid offers on homes in California, we decided to look in Vegas closer to family. We hadn’t seen much we were in love with but once a house popped up that we loved, Daniela got us into the house within an hour of it being listed, an offer made that night, and requested a response the following day so we wouldn’t have to wait through the Thanksgiving holiday. We had some tough negotiations through inspection and repairs, and it was handled incredibly well. We even were able to close a smidge early using Lalo, their recommended lender, who was also amazing. Overall, and fantastic experience and much needed after the most stressful move of our lives. So, we previously wrote about how great Daniela, and Richelle where with our first purchase in Las Vegas, and then the sale of our home when we had to leave to California, with the promise that we would go to them should we ever move back. Well, we did. We called them on short notice and a day later they had a list of homes for us to see. They knew we were coming from out of town and they made the most use of our short time. Well, a week later we were in Escrow, and almost exactly 30 days later we were signing docs to our new home. This is THE top team in Vegas. They are professional, and thorough, while making you feel like you're part of their family. There is no pressure with them to buy, only for you to be happy with your decision. This market is crazy right now, and I wouldn't want anyone else representing me and my family whether it be for our home or an investment. Mejia Team you rock!!!!!
