If I had to do it all over again, I would chose Daniela Gilet a million times. We are first time homebuyers who had no idea what it would be like buying in the South Fl Market. However, Daniela held our hands throughout the entire process and fought for us to get what we dreamed of. She is reliable, trustworthy and attentive to detail. She showed us plenty of properties to make sure that we were choosing the best one for our wants and needs. She goes out of her way to explain the entire process from beginning to closing. She fought for us to get the house of our dreams and we can’t believe how blessed we are. I highly recommend Daniela and we look forward to choosing her our future investments.

I chose Daniela as my agent after reaching out and speaking with several agents. I chose her because she seemed to be the best fit and I felt that she was taking her role seriously and professionally. I was selling my first home and was looking for someone of expertise to walk me through the process. I appreciated her for answering all of my questions as they arose and willingness to meet with me to discuss my concerns. At times throughout the process, I did -however- feel that she was not as assertive in pursuing/defending my interests as a seller in the way that the buyers' agent was in pursing the buyers' interests and wants. And, at times, I did not feel that certain parts of the home selling process were explained to me as thoroughly as they could be. The sale of my home was certainly a learning experience and I feel that as a future home buyer/seller I am better equipped to go through the process again. I am thankful to Daniela for her assistance and all of the work she put in. Overall I had a good experience working with her.
