We moved from NY to Florida, had a complicated process, were needy and no local and yet Dan always had time for us and is an amazing agent. We are very happy in our new home.

I’d spoken to Daniel on the phone and was very hesitant at first but agreed to meet on Wednesday. He was punctual and very professional. He explained the entire process and felt we could get more money then what we were asking . He was right. He immediately set up an open house that Sunday and to my surprised I got several offers. I met him 8/16 and sold and closed on the house by September 13. I’d highly recommend him .
