Daniel Pendleton was born November 24th in Millington, TN where his father was posted and served in the U.S. Navy. At a young age, they moved from Millington, TN to Benton Harbor, MI, to be closer to their extended family.
At the age of eight, it was in Michigan that Daniel first started developing his skills in understanding the needs of others and helping fulfill those needs. He happily spent weekends and summers on his grandparents' produce farm, where they had a small roadside stand supplying fresh produce and fruits for vacationing families from Chicago and Indiana who were coming to enjoy the beauty of Lake Michigan. Daniel would help sell and fill every car that stopped at their little stand, “Hillbilly Jim’s” proudly named after his Kentucky roots grandfather Jim Pendleton, with fresh fruits and produce for the families to enjoy on their vacation.
Later, Daniel discovered a second passion in real estate thanks to his mother’s influence. Coming from a modest background, Daniel and his mother would take advantage of being dressed in their Sunday best and go to open houses after church. They would spend hours touring dream homes and daydreaming of one day living in one of these beautiful homes. It wasn't long before Daniel was stealing the spotlight and helping the agent point out the homes' features and selling points.
Today, Daniel lives his dream of helping others navigate the complexity of selling, buying, and investing in real estate, achieving their goals and turning dreams into reality. His value proposition is to take the time to understand your unique needs and desires as a buyer, seller, or investor and provide professional guidance on achieving those goals. Offering effective marketing strategies, real estate contract knowledge, professional mortgage lending contacts, and superior market knowledge.
