If I could give Daniel 10 stars I would! He helped my husband and I navigate the journey of home ownership during the strangest of times (COVID) and far exceeded any expectations we had of an agent and the buying process as a whole. Daniel helped us every step of the way from finding our mortgage broker, obtaining pre-approval, various inspections, and closing. He masterfully negotiated on our behalf every step of the way and got us in our dream house within 30 days and under budget in a extremely competitive housing market. On top of all this, he was an absolute pleasure to work with and so patient and knowledgable. He walked us through all the documentation before we signed, answered all our questions, and was always reachable via call or text. I really cannot say enough good things about Daniel and am so thankful we had him as our agent.

Daniel was excellent from A-Z! I don't normally take the time to write reviews, but when service is exceptional it deserves acknowledgement. Not only is he a great agent, but he really became a friend to me during the process. From the moment I met Daniel, I knew I was in the right hands. He has a great personality and incredible negotiation skills. He helped take away all of the stress and anytime I had questions or was curious about something, he was there to help and was very patient with me!
