When I first seen Dan he was shy we met in the Lowes shopping center in Franklin over two and a half ago. When I was looking for raw land well he sent me everyday a least 10 listing well I found one and it had two realtors on it the other realtor took it over and said leave him out I told Dan later down the road which was wrong on that realtor Dan blew it off to this day.. DAN IS A VERY RESPECTFUL AND KIND AND HARD WORKING MAN ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP SOMEONE NO MATTER WHAT. Dan helped us buy our first home and it was a very smooth process because of him! At first, we were so clueless and he gave us so much helpful information and walked us through the steps. He never made us feel silly for asking questions. He was very proactive and really jumped on every request we had. Anytime we wanted to go look at a house he made it happen, and he went above and beyond to work with our normal day to day schedule. He accommodated our work schedules, even if that meant working after normal business hours. He got back to us in a timely manner and made it just as much a priority to him as it was to us. He gave us super helpful recommendations so that we could use local people who do the best work and offer the best services. He helped us call around and talk to everyone we needed to schedule appointments with in order to meet our lenders loan requests as well. He really did way more than expected and we appreciated him having our back as if he was a friend or family member. Every time we ran into an issue, he did his very best to help resolve it.
