Dan showed up one day, early in the remodel phase, to inquire about my intentions. Told him I was selling, no time soon, when remodel was finished. He kept up with my progress, slow as it was, since I was from another State. Occasional phone call, visit, absolutely no pressure to list. Handled a few situations for me when I was 500 miles away. Kept me in informed about the local market (fast moving). When I was ready to list, he offered suggestions, time guesstimates, best options....contract in 3 weeks, a few delays, 97per cent of listing price.
