If you are looking for an agent who will dot the I's and cross the T's for you, Dan's your guy. He will answer any question and work with your schedule to show you the houses you want to look at. When it's time to make an offer, he'll do everything for you but sign your name. Basically, if you just need a no-BS agent to help lubricate the PITA process that is buying a house, Dan is great.
