If you are looking for an agent who will dot the I's and cross the T's for you, Dan's your guy. He will answer any question and work with your schedule to show you the houses you want to look at. When it's time to make an offer, he'll do everything for you but sign your name. Basically, if you just need a no-BS agent to help lubricate the PITA process that is buying a house, Dan is great. No slick car-salesman tactics. Just shows you a house, answers your questions and does the paperwork. 5/5.

Dan isn't the realtor to hold your hand and over explain every aspect selling a home to you. However he is the guy you pick if you want no hassle, no games and to go from start to finish with no set backs. He was very good at identifying potential issues and getting them taken care of before they had the opportunity to get in the way. He also does a fantastic job marketing. Almost every day after our house went on the market we found new websites with our house on it, there was even a youtube video. Go with Dan if you want peace of mind when you sell your home. On a personal level Dan makes time for his family and my wife and I respect that. If we ever return to the area we'll be giving Dan a ring to help us buy.
