This was my wife and I's first home buying experience, and going into the process, we were looking for someone we could trust and someone who would have our best interest at heart. Dan exceeded our expectations in every way. During the home visits, one of our concerns was having an agent who was "overbearing" in the sense that they would not allow us to see the home for ourselves, and we quickly learned that Dan was exactly what we were looking for. We worked with Dan over several months to find our next home. We were very particular about the area we wanted to live in (a highly sought after area with a lot of competition). Dan alerted us to a home coming before it hit the market. He got us one of the first showings and made sure we had all the information beforehand so we were ready to make a quick decision.
