Dan is a thoughtful, efficient agent. He really listened to me and answered all my (ridciulous) questions. I am quite picky and he was very patient. He also gave me info about the Raveis app which was very helpful in addition to my using other sites in my search for my house. Dan knows the Cape, he's raising his kids here. He's super down to earth. He walked me through the closing process. It was a very good experience. I'd heard stories of unethical, slick real estate agents. I'm very happy I met Dan. He handled my sale and my home purchase. Highly recommend.

My mother had died and it was time to sell the old family homestead, a very emotional time for my sister and me. At the closing table for our new home he fought for us like a pitbull, for some things that should have been taken care of before the closing. And we won!!!
