His knowledge about home construction and experience with most if not all of the builders in the area is second to none. Dan was our agent when buying our house in Avon as well as selling our rental property in Avon Lake. He was able to make recommendations based on factors we hadn't considered. He found the house of our dreams and we couldn't be happier. He is creative when negotiating offers to ensure the best possible outcome. Closing both of our properties was seamless. In addition, he went above and beyond when we were having issues with our agent in Virginia by referring an alternate agent which resulted in selling our house in 9 days. Dan also has experience with local contractors should you need reputable recommendations for any upgrades/repairs. We couldn't be happier.
