His knowledge about home construction and experience with most if not all of the builders in the area is second to none. Dan was our agent when buying our house in Avon as well as selling our rental property in Avon Lake. He was able to make recommendations based on factors we hadn't considered. He found the house of our dreams and we couldn't be happier. He is creative when negotiating offers to ensure the best possible outcome. Closing both of our properties was seamless. In addition, he went above and beyond when we were having issues with our agent in Virginia by referring an alternate agent which resulted in selling our house in 9 days. Our experience with Dan was 5 starts from the moment we met, all the way through closing on selling our home. Our initial first sit down was very professional and Dan provided the information we needed to price our house correctly. Dan suggested a price that was higher than what we anticipated we would be able to sell our house for - but he told us to believe in the information he had gathered and analyzed in regards to pricing.
