My husband and I used Dan to purchase the home we built in Avon in 2010 and then again to sell it in 2014. We interviewed a total of 4 realtors to sell our home and Dan clearly had the best knowledge of the area. Plus, he provided data showing he sold the most homes in our particular price range in the area. He priced our house competitively and fairly and negotiated with the buyers' realtor to get the price we wanted. We always felt like he had our best interest in mind.
