Danny made my first buying experience a positive one to remember! He was patient in showing me many homes before I found what I was looking for. His constant availability no matter what the time of day made the buying process seamless. His extensive knowledge helped me navigate the unfamiliar and tricky world of co-ops. There were definitely some bumps in the road but Danny worked diligently every time to smooth things over even when it wasn’t really his responsibility. He also gave me a great recommendation for a mortgage broker and they made a great team in ensuring I was able to purchase my first home quickly and efficiently. His dedication and perseverance enabled me to buy my dream home and for that I will always be grateful! He still checks in on me even though I closed a few weeks ago. I would highly recommend him to anyone as a realtor.

Daniel was an amazing real estate person, i have been with many people who have had bad real estate agents but Daniel was so helpful throughout the process and told me exactly what i needed to do and when. Not only was he a great person showing me properties and answering all my dumb questions he becomes more of a friend by the end of the process. I would strongly recommend Daniel for any of your property needs.... don't take advantage of this but he also answers all questions at all times of the day (even 1am)..

Danny is the BEST real estate agent. Period. Service is above and beyond 5 stars, his patience is amazing, his contacts were amazing (lawyer, bankers) and my BF and I were personally driven to each showing and Danny set all the appointments up at perfect times around our schedule and we probably looked at over 100 houses with him. I love his work ethics and he is all around an amazing person, texts and emails were answered quickly and problems were handled smoothly. Sold our co-op within 3 days and after a long search for our house - we found an amazing house with almost all our boxes ticked off. Thank you Danny and Team !!

Our experience with Daniel Berger was more than excellent and I would give ten stars if that were an option. As first-time home buyers from two different foreign countries we needed much more assistance than normal buyers. Daniel was unbelievably patient, very clear in his explanations, and always responded immediately to all questions and queries - even those that are not necessarily within the working area of a broker. He gave great advice on many questions regarding the home purchase, and it was very clear that he had no interest in 'talking us into a purchase', but was genuinely trying to find the right home for us. Dan was amazing from the beginning. He had shown us a few homes in our first year of looking for homes (just getting our feet wet) and took a break.
