He will not only find you the dream home but also will help you with any possible way to make sure you get the HOME you are interested in. Buying a home can be so stressful but Daniel truly made this process so easy and smooth for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better person. He was so patient and kind throughout the whole process. Yesterday we bought our second home. Daniel is Just amazing! My wife and I have been searching for the house for almost a year. We worked with 5 different agents. Everyone seemed nice during the initial showing. However, what makes Daniel great is that he went above and beyond. He acted as though we were his own family whom he was trying to help. He genuinely looked after each and every one of our interests. He literally invited us over into his own home to help answer some of the questions. He stayed with us every step of the way from initial meeting till present day. He is super knowledgeable in more then just buying a house but everything you need to know along the way. From schools for kids, home mechanics, landscapers, construction, to banks, lawyers, inspectors, and yes even the restaurant choices. The professionalism and dedication is unmatched. Not pushy, extremely helpful and patient. Danny aided in doing additional prior research before our home hunting started by gathering a list of 30 plus homes for me to weave through and choose from. Danny spent 3 or 4 Sunday’s in a row with us visiting different homes to help us find the one that was best. He went out of his way also to pick up certain paperwork for us when we were busy that wasn’t required of him. He made himself available 24 hours a day via text and extremely reliable when we had questions or misunderstanding about certain aspects. At the end he also gave us time to figure out on our own which home to choose from.

Danny made my first buying experience a positive one to remember! He was patient in showing me many homes before I found what I was looking for. His constant availability no matter what the time of day made the buying process seamless. His extensive knowledge helped me navigate the unfamiliar and tricky world of co-ops. There were definitely some bumps in the road but Danny worked diligently every time to smooth things over even when it wasn’t really his responsibility. He also gave me a great recommendation for a mortgage broker and they made a great team in ensuring I was able to purchase my first home quickly and efficiently. His dedication and perseverance enabled me to buy my dream home and for that I will always be grateful! He still checks in on me even though I closed a few weeks ago.
