This was my second time working with RE/MAX Prestige and both times my expectations were exceeded. Daniel Berger was outstanding. We were relocating from out of state with very little knowledge of the area, so it was important to us that our realtor be willing to spend time helping us understand the locations that would be a good fit for us. In addition, we were moving during the pandemic AND when real estate inventory was at an all time low, so we also knew we wanted someone who was responsive, no only to us, but to the seller in order for us to be able to close a deal. Danny cleared his schedule when we came in to town for a weekend to house hunt. Within the first few minutes of meeting Danny in person, we knew we had a good match for our realtor! We had two, 12+ hour days looking at houses. We would go back to our hotel exhausted and Danny would go home and go to work for us! I'm not sure the man sleeps! Like many buyers in the current market, we made offers on two houses that we didn't get. But Danny was not deterred! Before we even landed he had sent us another list of houses to review.
