Daniel is professional and reliable; he knows the local market very well. The entire process of selling my home was outstanding, from setting a realistic timeline to addressing any issues and getting to closing, GREAT communication every step of the way. I recomend him to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent a home.

Daniel Berger is a fantastic Real Estate Broker! This is the second time that my partner and I have worked with Danny on helping us locate and close on a great multi family investment in Westchester! Danny is always available day or night and replies to our questions whenever we need him. I value working with Danny as he is a Top Agent and is so professional. I'm looking forward to the next time we work together.
This is our fourth time working with Danny and each experience has been absolutely wonderful. He is always attentive and there for you when you need him. He's straight forward and very knowledgeable. Day or night, he's always quick to answer all of your questions. He has helped us buy and sell our personal homes and has helped us find our investment property. Danny is an amazing agent and friend. You can't go wrong with Danny!!
This was our second time working with Daniel, and he did an amazing job again. Daniel’ expert knowledge, sense of urgency, negotiation skills and market expertise were crucial for us to prepare our property for sale, list it with excellent marketing support (great photos, brochures, ads) and to sell in very short time frame, just when we needed. Daniel demonstrated great responsiveness. His advice and suggestions were all spot on. I would recommend Daniel to anyone as a great professional with extensive market knowledge and broad connections in the industry. Thank you Daniel!
Danny and Anthony were attentive, responsive, and provided guidance and information. They made a stressful situation of selling a 65 year family home manageable. I would highly recommend RE/MAX Prestige Properties. Thanks you!
Danny is simply the best! Once again he managed to find me a house that wasn't even on the market. Always reliable and helpful. I will again recommend Danny to others who want to buy and/or sell a house.
Excellent broker with knowledge of the local market, large network of people, and ability to navigate the tricky peoples issues.
Thank you to Daniel, I have worked with him on multiple deals and I trust his advice and expertise.
Danny clearly showed that he understood the local market and processes well. He was able manage my expectations in a realistic way. He initiated research and paperwork in order to be sure I was getting the best possible price for the property which sold sooner than I had anticipated it would.
Danny was the consummate professional from beginning to closing. He is very amicable and knowledgeable with a knack for making you feel relaxed during the stress of selling a home. Danny was very quick to respond to any phone calls or text messages usually within minutes. Whether you are considering buying or selling a property I highly recommend Danny Burger to get it done swiftly and smoothly!
Having Daniel helping us find a home was great, he’s not only very knowledgeable, but also he made us feel comfortable with no pressure, specially since this was our first time purchasing a home on behalf of my wife and I we wanna thank Daniel for all his help and if someone ever needs assistance in buying a house we would definitely recommend him
