DANIEL LEWIS

We started our home sale in a pretty difficult time due to Covid19. Daniel had to keep track of changing rules, who was open, and what was legal for us to get done inside of the social isolation protocol. We considered delaying but finally we listed April 2nd (because nobody lists April first). there were so many hurdles with inspectors and new protocols and how to get escrow started and what city/county offices were accessible. The short story is that we closed escrow April 30th. That's right 4/30/20. Daniel worked with us on how to stage the house, how to set the price, how to choose the buyer (we had multiple offers. All over asking). Then he followed through on every step, keeping excellent communication throughout. He was just awesome on keeping track of what was happening and right on top of any potential snag. Right up until everything was finished. If there were ten possible stars I would check them all. I would recommend him without hesitation or caveat.

Daniel was truly professional from start to finish. He is very knwoleagable of the policies and regulations of CAR and detailed oriented. Able to answer questions that make sense in simple language to undersrand. He has a great future in his real estate carrier.
