I was extremely impressed with Daniel's fast response time, effort in finding me the perfect home within all the guidelines I wanted which were A LOT, and how much care and attention to detail from start to finish he had demonstrated until the very end of the process when the keys were in hand. At the time, the market was very slim and finding a 3/2 with a pool was tough in a great area was tough. It took us about 5 months and a few home before we finally found our dream home. Because of his great advice and negotiating and financial consulting, we actually walked away with way more than what myself, my wife and our 2 kids had ever dreamed of having. Even working for his father who was our broker was a breeze and answered every question I had (which were a lot). He took care of everything, the bookings for the showing, the dealing, was present for the inspections etc etc. Literally holding our hand the hole way which made our purchase that much more comfortable and surprisingly easy. I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home. Just a great guy to work with who cares which is rare these days.
