Dans attention to detail is amazing & his professionalism, demeanor & knowledge helped us through selling our home quickly & made a stressful situation very manageable. Although we did not agree on some suggestions, in the end, we were happy we applied all of his requests. He most definitely knows the market, & we would utilize his services again if we were ever to return to the area. His team also, was impeccable. Dan is truly better than awesome! He does whatever it takes to do what is necessary to help his clients. He is a nice and honest man. He has a vast knowledge of the local real estate market. The team that he has assembled at Keller Williams Suburban Tampa is very helpful in getting things done. Dan has a network of many people who can help to get a house ready to sell and close the deal. They include title companies, handymen, locksmiths, junk haulers, carpet cleaners, lawn care comanies, tree trimmers, house cleaners, and others. Dan knows them all and how to get the best deals. The vendors he knows do a great job and often very quickly at reasonable prices. If you want to sell a house in his service area, you would be wise to hire Dan Henzler along with his wonderful team.
Dan and his team went above and beyond to do a fantastic job not just selling my house but also preparing the house to be sold. The Henzler team worked so hard making sure everything was ready and making sure we got top dollar. The house was an estate sale after the unfortunate passing of a family member. Dan and his team were on the ground when I was hours away and could not take care of the house. They helped me make sure there were no issues in the house, everything was working properly, helped me with junk removal, repairs and so much more. They even laid out money for some of the work that needed to be done. The Henzler team treated me like family and could care of my home like it was there own, even when I couldn't be there. Great communication as well. Any time morning or night you needed someone they were there.
