Dan and the team spent a tremendous amount of time and effort, assisting me in preparing my home for sale and bent over backwards to do tasks not normally expected by a Realtor. This is my second time working with Daniel Henzler. We were really happy with Daniel Henzler and his team. The were knowledgeable, friendly, communicative, and everything ran pretty smoothly. We sold our home in just a little over 2 weeks of listing it! When we needed repairs, they had folks they work with at a reasonable rate and it all quickly got done. Mr. Henzler is really good at assessing the market and pricing a home according to the market, upgrades, etc. His team were always on top of everything, too. The only thing that I would suggest is more bilingual materials and/or staff for open houses and showings, since 29% of the population in Brandon, Fl is Hispanic. We did have a family that came to an open house and could not provide feedback verbally nor in writing since the surveys were only in English.
I was dealing with a very tough probate after losing both of my parents a month apart of each other and having to deal with siblings who wanted things to go their way trying to sell their house was the farthest thing on my mind and then I was introduced to Daniel through my probate lawyer and he was definitely a God send for me as he took charge in preparing the house for showings and even took care of a few things to help the sell. Daniel and his team were very professional and they kept me in the loop with everything that was going on even sharing the feedback from the potential buyers and their realtor to even fronting the funds (my money was tight) for the internal painting that honestly needed to be done because my parents had not painted the inside since they bought the house and some other things, but my point is he is so in tune with his clients and their needs which helps to get the maximum amount for the sale and that he did and now mom and dad can rest peacefully in heaven knowing I did my best with very professional, friendly people who actually care about their clients so I will be keeping in touch with Daniel and his team for all future projects and I would strongly suggest you do the same, thanks Daniel Hensley and the Keller Williams Team!!
I couldn’t have managed this move without Dan and his team’s help. He went above and beyond, even offering the help of one of his staff in packing. He helped in attempting to resolve issues with the moving company. God bless each and everyone at Dan Henzler’s office.
