Dan helped us sell our old house and purchase our new home. He came highly recommended by my in-laws after he helped them purchase a home during the first wave of Covid. Through our purchase/sell experience (we’ve moved around a lot), I’ve met many realtors who are impatient and money-driven without your rights as a seller/buyer in mind. Meeting Dan was like a breath of fresh air. We purchased a newly constructed home in the suburbs, and the process took over a year from beginning to end. In the midst of this process, Dan helped us sell our townhome in the city - it was on the market for less than a week! Not only was Dan immensely patient with our questions and needs, but his responsiveness was also incredible. I really appreciate how Dan went above and beyond to help us during every stage of the process.
