Dan helped us sell our old house and purchase our new home. He came highly recommended by my in-laws after he helped them purchase a home during the first wave of Covid. Through our purchase/sell experience (we’ve moved around a lot), I’ve met many realtors who are impatient and money-driven without your rights as a seller/buyer in mind. Meeting Dan was like a breath of fresh air. We purchased a newly constructed home in the suburbs, and the process took over a year from beginning to end. In the midst of this process, Dan helped us sell our townhome in the city - it was on the market for less than a week! Not only was Dan immensely patient with our questions and needs, but his responsiveness was also incredible. I really appreciate how Dan went above and beyond to help us during every stage of the process. Dan’s promptness, kindness, and knowledge of the market made a potentially chaotic purchase and sell process simple. If we ever need to sell our current home, we know exactly who to call when the time comes :)

From the second I talked to Daniel, I was confident that he will sell my house. Even though I was outside of the US at the time, he took his time, explained everything, and walked me through all step by step and at the end found a buyer for my place. Daniel helped us find an apartment very quickly and painlessly. Daniel is very professional and he answered all my emails (there were MANY) very quickly. All the questions I had for the sellers agent/attorney, Daniel sent the questions immediately to them and regularly gave me updates. Dan is a great real estate agent. Knowledgeable, reliable and very responsive. We worked with Dan for over 4 months. We actually found a home within our first week of searching, but after the inspection process revealed a major issue we cancelled the contract. Dan continued to search for homes with us until we once again found a home we loved. As everything was moving along and we were waiting for closing the world shut down due to covid. Obviously this caused us concern and anxiety. Things were changing everyday. Dan did an amazing job checking in with us and passing along any news he had. Even after our closing, Dan made sure to let us know that he was available in case we had any questions. We highly recommend Dan!

We have worked with Dan more than once and he is patient, professional, and incredibly responsive. The first time we were a single couple so it wasn't as complicated. However, the last time we house hunted we had three kids in tow! All this to say he's got your back no matter the situation. He's great with kids!
