This is our second time working with Daniel. This time he helped us sell our first home and buy our next. Daniel’s in depth knowledge of the current market got our house under contract within 24 hours of being listed. He was also able to find us a great deal on a perfect home despite the low inventory. Daniel went the extra mile to make sure everything was smooth sailing for us. On top of Daniel’s real estate expertise, he also has many connections with subcontractors that he connected us with for work we wanted to do on our new home as well as a few updates we needed to do for selling our home. Daniel is the best around, we highly recommend him!!

I picked the right agent! I found myself to be very fortunate to have crossed paths with Dan (through a referral from my cousin) and select him, from others, as my agent. Dan has a great personality. He is very thorough and detail oriented, on top of being professional, courteous, and smart. He was easy to contact and was diligent about returning calls/texts if he could not answer right away. He definitely knows this profession. Although rare, if I did have a question/concern he was not aware of... He was eager to seek the information, to give me an answer, but just as important, to expand his knowledge. This showed me his passion for his work. I was humbled (in a good way) by his work ethics. In this day and age, it was very nice to see and experience! I admire and have a great appreciation for Dan!

It's hard to describe how great working with Dan is, and how effortless he makes the stressful process of buying a home. He is incredibly professional, but very personable. He takes time getting to know his client's needs and wants. He goes the extra mile by giving his honest opinion of the prospective new home, explaining concerns/work needed to be done, and helping clients by giving great detail on the surrounding area. He works tirelessly to get the best deal for his clients. Dan was very patient with my wife and I while we searched for our preferred home. Once we found one that we loved, Dan was able to talk the sellers down $20k and even got us enough of a sellers credit that instead of paying closing costs, we received a couple thousand back! I can not recommend Dan enough. He makes this process much easier, and I can not imagine going to any other person if my wife and I wanted to look for another home. If you are looking for a new home, then Dan is your Man!
