Can not say anything but positive things about Dan. This is the second time that Inhave worked with him in the past 15 years and his professionalism shows through. He understands the needs that you have when we where looking for a new home 15 years ago in Rochester and helped us sell our home quickly and when I decidedly to sell my home 15 years later he was the only one I thought of to call and he didn’t disappoint. He was right there to help me sell my home in record time as well as provided a truck for hauling items. Also my son was looking for a townhome and Dan stepped right in and helped us look into that as well. Many phone calls back and forth all hours of the day, night, and weekend and I could tell he always did it with a smile and he always returned a call with an answer for me within 24 hours. I swear this man never sleeps. If you ever need a relator Dan Groteboer is definitely the Best of the Best to have by your side. Thank you Dan for being their for me.

Dan listened to requirements and showed us properties he thought would meet our needs. He has extensive experience in the local market and it showed. He was in tune with where the market is, where it is going and had insight on the neighborhoods and surrounding properties. He was always early to appointments and walked the property before we entered so he could talk about the features with us right away. We never felt pressured to buy any property either. He was available before, during and after the closing and made sure we understood the process. I would work with Dan again!

We 1st met Dan approximately 3 years ago., when we were thinking about moving to Rochester. We contacted him last August to look at townhomes that were available for sale. We showed us very nice townhomes in various parts of the city. We told him what we would like and our price range. The last day he showed us 5 different townhomes. The last home was one that we really loved, but needed a few updates. The next day he called us wondering if we would like to build one. After much discussion with my husband, we decided to build a new one, since Dan told us we could pick out what we wanted in our new home. He was very professional, recommended a mortgage lender and was there every step of the way, when picking out items for the house. We would recommended him highly.

Daniel is the best agent. He helped to sell my house fast and he helped me to buy the house that I really liked it. Daniel had very good attitude and easy to work with. Daniel had too much knowledges and experiences. He knew too much the laws and the structures of the house. He answered all the questions very accurately when I asked him. Dan is very knowledgeable about selling real estate and all that is happening right now. Whenever I called, he answered within a short time if he was not able to right then. That means a lot when it has been a long time since selling your home. I was out of town when the company putting in my septic system called to say it would be installed the next day. Dan went there in the morning and sent me a picture of what they were doing. He went back in late afternoon and sent me a picture of how well it looked (above and beyond). Dan always answered my many questions.

Dan was great to work with. He really took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for in a home. We never felt rushed. Dan's knowledge of home construction was very helpful in our home decision especially when I had concerns with a home. The whole process went very smooth and we are super happy we chose Dan.
