Daniel Flores

“Over delivery” is the shortest way to describe David Poulsen and his team.  I bought my new house and sold my condo with David and Daniel Flores between May and July, 2018.  Everything played out as described by David and we are very pleased with the results. My girlfriend and I chose David based on his (and his family’s) long experience in the real estate business here in San Francisco.  However, it was David’s personality that was the key element in his selection.  We knew that his warmth and friendliness would make a difference in our success with a purchase when it came down to the wire - as they always do here in San Francisco.  Our instincts proved correct in that we were the winning bid in a field of 12 offers - all very close to one another. Daniel Flores is also a San Francisco native and bent over backwards to offer his assistance with a wide variety of our requests during the buying and selling process.  When we asked, Daniel was there - and then some.  Daniel never failed to show up even a minute late when needed and, even with pressing responsibilities in his personal life, made the time to solve problems and be present when I couldn’t due to my own work schedule. Special mention goes to Inha Lee, another key player on David's team.  Inha was also available any time we needed her and was able to smoothly coordinate the hiring of contractors and making any needed adjustments in that regard completely transparent.  Her diligent work alleviated stress on our end making the entire transaction easy.  She handled my requests happily and highly efficiently. Under promise and over deliver.  That’s the key to client satisfaction.  David Poulsen and Daniel Flores make it happen.  Five stars.
