Together we priced it properly and with a lot of patience and coaching from Dan, we finally got it sold and together we found a great home for me to move to! My family was moving from CA to FL and Dan was amazing. He was not just showing us properties but I guess I can say he was our tour guide around South Florida explaining us what areas are good. We have 3 kids so picking the right spot does not come easy. He went beyond what I would expect from a realtor and he really delivered high quality work. I can think of Dan more as very good friend I met in FL after all of this than just a person I did some job with. Dan was on top of everything, and I just wish everyone in the process of buying a house was as effective as him.

First off, Dan is awesome! This was my first home purchase so I had no clue where to start. Dan educated me and put me in connection with the people I needed to get this transaction done smoothly. He has a lot of passion for first time homebuyers. When I sent him a property, he would setup for us to look at it ASAP. Mind you, this was a tough market for buyers! Dan and I looked at A LOT of houses and put in multiple offers. At times, I became a little discouraged because so many unforeseen events happened. Houses were flying off the shelf left and right, I was outbid by cash buyers, home inspection went left, you name it, we faced it. But he kept my hopes up, always kept a positive attitude, gave me the best advise and encouraging words to keep the faith that I WILL find my home. He was right! Side note, he also has great videos on YouTube that helped me a lot during the process (That's actually where I found him lol). I can even call him with questions after the home purchase! If he could help, he will. Dan is very genuine and cares for his clients. He's more than a realtor. He's like a coach and a advisor all in one.
