First off, Dan is awesome! This was my first home purchase so I had no clue where to start. Dan educated me and put me in connection with the people I needed to get this transaction done smoothly. He has a lot of passion for first time homebuyers. When I sent him a property, he would setup for us to look at it ASAP. Mind you, this was a tough market for buyers! Dan and I looked at A LOT of houses and put in multiple offers. At times, I became a little discouraged because so many unforeseen events happened. My condo went on the market in January 2020 with another realtor. She brought a bunch of offers from unqualified buyers all of which fell through. I fired her and hired Dan. Then the pandemic hit. In June 2020, we closed on the purchase of our condominium in Brickell. During the first meeting with Dan Crlenjak, he was very attentive in listening to our housing needs and price range. Dan quickly communicated available condos to my wife and I. During our housing search, COViD-19 was having a major impact on our ability to physically visit properties. Dan worked with listing agents and property managers to allow us to virtually visit several properties. This was done entirely on Zoom Conference calls. Dan has amazing video skills with an iPhone. We made our purchase without ever physically walking into the space we were buying. I don't know that we would have been comfortable doing this with any other agent.
