Daniel has so knowledgeable about the market and financing. He helped me through a credit repair company and worked with me for over a year to get approved for financing! He helped me find an amazing home that had everything on my wants list. I would recommend Daniel for friends and family and next time I buy a home. It was an absolutely great experience.

I spent over 10k in repairs of an old house that was appraised for much higher than sold. Unfortunately I feel this was due to his relationship with the buyers overshadowed his relationship with us as well as just wanting a quick sale under the belt. We were never informed of appraisal value until after the sale once we got a second appraisal, very sad as I thought he was my forever agent but 20k lost is too much. Great personality and hopefully it was just an oversight due to being agent for both parties.

Daniel found houses that were just what we were asking to see. He made the experience pleasant and helped with all the little details that I found so difficult. He was always very supportive and gave excellent advise.

Daniel came recommended by friends of ours in Lakeland. They promised me Daniel is THE GUY. And they weren’t kidding. My husband was being transferred to Florida from the Philly area so Daniel had his work cut out for him! During my first call to him, I immediately knew I was in great hands and he would find us not just our new house, but our new home. What struck me most as different from all the other realtors was he asked about our present situation, our home, our lifestyle, our “have to have”, “want to have” and “dream home”. I don’t think we talked price range until about 30 minutes into the conversation. He listened to what we wanted and needed. I know “the bottom line” is price, but his main concern was knowing our lifestyle and wants and needs to make sure he was getting us into the right area and then we’d work on finding the best financial deal we could. Most realtors are all about the money-NOT DANIEL. He told me which zip codes to look in to narrow down our search (he immediately sent me listings at least 2xdaily)Buying a house literally 1001 miles from home is tough but Daniel did FaceTime walk throughs, constantly in contact text,call,email within MINUTES. He coordinated everything with my realtor up home to make it all work out when the sale of my home fell through the day we signed on the Florida house! He was realtor/lawyer/friend/psychiatrist all in one! We thought we were his only client until we saw his Facebook and realized he’s a top seller -he takes that much time with you! Best off he continues to keep in touch to make sure we are settled in and Helps out getting us contractors and tips for places to go and things to do! All around great guy!

Daniel went above and beyond to help me find a new home. I was nervous about moving across country but Daniel helped me find a wonderful home in my budget that was perfect for me. I would highly recommend Daniel if you’re looking to buy a home.

Daniel was seriously great! The market is crazy right now, but he landed me my dream home. Beating 8 offers including a cash deal. He was extremely knowledgeable on what to offer and why, all while keeping my best interest in mind. For a first time home buyer, putting in an offer can be so confusing and nerve racking. He stayed on top of all listings meeting my criteria on a daily basis... in this market - this was huge. He was in constant communication, always reassuring me, always a listening ear. Once my offer was accepted, he made sure I stayed in the loop every step of the way until we finally got to celebrate together at the closing table. I would recommend Daniel to anyone I know looking to purchase a home. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!!
