About Daniel

I am currently the sales manager and team leader at Remax Rising with 25 years in the real estate industry. I co-founded the largest independent company in the Bloomington-Normal area. My experience includes nineteen years with State Farm Insurance in information technology as a senior analyst. I graduated from Texas A&M University in 1990 and worked with appraisal companies in San Antonio and Dallas, Texas before moving to Bloomington in 1995. In 2000, I got my real estate license and in 2010 became Managing Broker of Crowne Realty. I help sellers maximize their sale price potential with the use of my decluttering storage containers, help with handyman fixes and a full staging service. All three are included in my fee. I work together with my wife Allison so my clients get two experienced agents for the price of one.
